Amanda & Rishi live in a family-centric neighborhood called Old Trail in Crozet, VA, located in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains and 20 minutes from Charlottesville. All within the neighborhood and walking distance are several playgrounds, 7+ miles of walking trails, a swimming pool, a beautifully maintained golf course (that Rishi frequently enjoys!), coffee shop, restaurants, and more. The neighborhood hosts many seasonal events and socials gatherings such as Fall Fests, family movie nights, craft fairs, Easter egg hunts, and more!
Beyond our neighborhood, Crozet & Charlottesville offers excellent schools and many recreational opportunities. Some of our favorites that we enjoy taking our young guests to and look forward to taking our future child(ren) to include:

About our home: Amanda and Rishi currently live in a spacious 3,000+ sq. ft. townhome with four finished floors, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms.
The lower level features a 2-car garage, finished basement, and a full bath.
The open 2nd level is perfect for our love of hosting and entertaining, and includes our kitchen, living room, dining room, a covered deck, and a half bath.
The 3rd level is home to our master suite and bath, as well as a second bedroom (nursery!) full bath, and a laundry room.
The 4th level includes a finished rec room, finished office, full bath, and a mountain-facing covered veranda.
